Christiane Wells, PhD, is the Director of Qualitative Research at the Institute for the Study of Advanced Development. She studies Dabrowski’s theory of positive disintegration and its implications for development across the lifespan. Her other research interests include parenting stress, qualitative methods, and the social and emotional development of gifted individuals.
